The plan must be current in order to receive included or discounted services.
The plan runs for 12 months. You will receive an email reminder 45 days prior to the renewal date. Auto renewal is managed through your member portal
You may cancel your Plan membership at any time. You will receive a full refund of membership fees paid to Clerri if (i) the cancellation request is received within the first 30 days of the current annual contract term and (ii) no discounted dental services have been provided to any member(s) during the current term.
